Job Description

 

Essential Functions
- Recruit commercial distributor and develop potential clients in assigned areas, currently including market sweeping, initial contact, evaluation, in future extend to next two steps of negotiation and signing contract;
- Be responsible for the sales target (quality & quantity) in commercial distributor or clients;
- Be sensitive about pricing and product selection to ensure the balance between revenue and profit from initial negotiation with clients;
- Establish and maintain strategic partnership with customers in all stages including: 

1. Relationship building/negotiation/contract sign up/product test, etc.;

2. Customer visit/customer training/on-site service/customer complaint, etc.;

3. Work with marketing team to support customer promotion activities;
- Identify customer’s needs and work out solution to switch customer from competitors and gain market share;
- Push and monitor customers’ business progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis;
- Obtain and analyze competitors’ information, way of approaching, price structure and support and products portfolio;
- Work with supporting functions (Operation, Accounting, and Marketing) to communicate with customers and ensure excellent operation.
- Submit weekly / monthly sales call report and sales forecast to have internal weekly / monthly sales review with Regional Sales Manager, and, to have monthly sales review with distributor;
- Sales Representative training, coaching, managing, motivating, monitoring and review to improve sales performance as a team.


Job Qualifications:
- College graduate in business or science discipline;

- To have solid marketing knowledge;
- More than execution (not a doer doing what’s asked to do), can stand at a certain height to think about how to drive sales in a benign way;
- People Oriented;
- Strong Logical and fast thinking, strong business analytical capability and sensitive to industry news;
- Industrial experience – ideally EV charger industry;
- Have a hardworking spirit, focusing and dedication;
- Highly ethical person following business conduct;
- Have good communication skills and customer relationship maintain capability - high EQ;
- Have strong psychological endurance and can work under high pressure;
- Have a firm self-confidence, never give up;
- To be innovative, like and adapt to change;
- To be passionate about your Brand and products;
- Know your products, understand your products, and find unique selling points and values;


Other requirements
- Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel frequently and work on weekends as needed
