On October 15, six national ministries and commissions jointly issued the Action Plan for Doubling the Service Capacity of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities (2025-2027). By the end of 2027, 28 million charging facilities will be built nationwide, providing over 300 GW of public charging capacity to meet the charging needs of more than 80 million electric vehicles.
