EVCCE Ranks in 2025 EV Charging TOP100 as Industry Benchmark

On November 24, 2025, a major announcement was made at Shenzhen Futian Convention & Exhibition Center. At the release of the 2025 China EV Charging & Swapping Operation Platform User Index TOP100 hosted by the BRICS EV Charging Forum Organizing Committee, EVCCE, a subsidiary of EAST Group, was successfully ranked among the top 100 for its outstanding user service and operational capabilities. This marks another authoritative recognition in the EV charging sector, following its selection as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise of specialization and innovation.

 

As China’s first professional index focusing on user experience for EV charging and swapping operators, the ranking has been released annually for nine consecutive years since 2017, with an evaluation system centered on users.

The 2025 review covered over 30 million users across 75 major Chinese cities, assessing five core dimensions: overall satisfaction, search feedback, usage experience, station facilities, and platform innovation. Both data scale and evaluation comprehensiveness reached a record high. The results serve as a key reference for consumers and an important benchmark for measuring industry service quality.
